Vijitharan is a dynamic professional injecting new energy and creativity in his ventures. Having made a career transition, from being in the public sector (various roles in policing & local government) to the tech space, he brings invaluable skills and perspectives to the table!
Having worked at industry giants like Oracle and currently at Salesforce, Vijitharan has navigated most of the SaaS sales cycle - from presenting to C-suites at Oracle and Axonify to driving pipeline at Salesforce - creativity remains at the core of his approach.
Vijitharan's varied background consistently centers around cultivating human connections and prioritising people, catalysing his journey as a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
As the co-founder and co-host of the thought-provoking podcast 'Diversity & Inclusion: Satisfying the tickbox?' - Vijitharan creates a safe space for open discussions on crucial DEI topics, addressing racial discrimination, neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+, mental health, disability inclusion, and more. His podcast's impact has been recognised, with a nomination for the National Diversity Awards 2023 in the UK. Furthermore, Vijitharan's dedication to diversity and inclusion has been evident through his active roles in various employee resource groups and committees. Notably, he served as the co-chair of the DEI committee at Axonify and where he pioneered the role of Communications Lead at Oracle UK D&I Board, spearheading internal and external communications strategies.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Vijitharan is an avid Rugby Union fan and (semi-retired) amateur player, supporting Stade Toulousain & France Rugby. Guided by the mantra “A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one," Vijitharan embodies the pursuit of continuous growth and positive impact.
